On December 14, 2017, [redacted] contacted the Detective Bureau to report unfair treatment by the 49th Precinct Detective Squad. Detective Sean Casey of the Detective Bureau informed her she could speak to a supervisor at the command or file a complaint. On December 15, 2017, at approximately 5:00 p.m. [redacted] called back once again to report that she was refused the opportunity to speak to a supervisor. Det. Casey answered the phone once again. After speaking to Det. Casey for a few moments, he asked her to hold. Immediately after, [redacted] heard Det. Casey say, "It's that [redacted] girl again, she's got some problems with the 4-9 and her tenant. I was on the phone with her last night for 40 minutes. I looked her up, she's a good piece of ass, shes nice to look at. She's a little crazy, but she's a nice piece of ass."
After Det. Casey returned to the phone, [redacted] confronted him regarding his comments; however, he disconnected the call.
