Description: On or about October 20, 2016, while in a probation office at 198 E. 161st St., Bronx, NY, for an incident that allegedly occurred on August 25, 2016, defendants NYPD detective Hugh Stanton and other NYPD officers approached the Plaintiff with loaded firearms, outstretched limbs, and other objects which they used to wrongfully grab, handcuff, seize, strike, restrain and falsely arrest the plaintiff. Defendant's thereafter failed to take reasonable steps to stop the prosecution of the Plaintiff and instead maliciously and deliberately provided false and/or incomplete information to induce prosecution.
