On April 29, 2017, at approximately 6 p.m., Police Officer Donald Harris of the 27th Precinct detained [redacted] near the intersection of [redacted] and [redacted] and at the 47th Precinct stationhouse in the Bronx (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, exonerated).
En route to the 47th Precinct stationhouse, Police Officer John Londono, also of the 47th Precinct, told [redacted] to "shut the fuck up" (Allegation B: Discourtesy, unsubstantiated).
PO Harris rode [redacted]s bike back to the stationhouse and searched the trunk compartment of the bike (Allegations C and D: Abuse of Authority, exonerated).
