Description: On August 24, 2016, NYPD officers Donald Harris, Gloria Cevallos, and Robert Durst pulled over Plaintiff's vehicle and searched Plaintiff. Although Plaintiff complied with the officers' requests and the officers did not recover any illegal drugs or contraband, Plaintiff was unlawfully handcuffed and arrested. Plaintiff was held approximately 6 hours in custody at Bronx County Central Booking. Defendant officers provided the DA's office with false, misleading or incomplete information such as that Plaintiff was in possession of marijuana.
