On December 6, 2017, at approximately 8:00 PM, officers from Narcotics Borough Manhattan South (NBMS) and PSA 4 entered and searched [redacted]'s home, located at [redacted] in Manhattan (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]; Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). No one other than [redacted] was home at the time. Inside of the apartment, Det. Roy Abounaoum of NBMS allegedly struck [redacted] with a ballistic shield (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]), used a chokehold against [redacted] (Allegation D: Force, [redacted]), took [redacted] to the ground (Allegation E: Force, [redacted]), and struck [redacted] in the face (Allegation F: Force, [redacted]). Additionally, Det. Abounaoum and another officer allegedly failed to obtain medical treatment for [redacted] (Allegation G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]; Allegation H: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Officers allegedly refused to show the search warrant to [redacted] (Allegation I: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]), and Det. Abounaoum, Sgt. Robert Clark of PSA 4, and Sgt.
