On December 25, 2018, at 06:04 p.m., [redacted] was in front of 2426 Grand Avenue with [redacted] and her [redacted] old son, who she did not wish to identify, when her vehicle stalled and caused an accumulation of traffic. PO Anthony Terilli and PO John Weiglein of the 52nd Precinct approached [redacted]'s vehicle to ask her to move. [redacted] did not move her vehicle and the officers proceeded to write her summonses for [redacted]. Through the course of the interaction, [redacted] asked PO Terilli and PO Weiglein multiple times for their names and shield numbers, which both officers allegedly failed to provide (Allegation A and B: Abuse of Authority – Refusal to provide name and shield number, [redacted] called 911 and Sgt.
