On December 31, 2017, at approximately 2:27 p.m., Police Officer Jonathan Polanco and Police Officer Johnatan Taborda, both of the 47th Precinct, were canvassing for suspects after a report of an attempted gunpoint robbery. In front of [redacted] in the Bronx, PO Polanco drew his gun as he approached [redacted] (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Polanco allegedly stopped [redacted] at that location (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Polanco followed [redacted] to a restaurant at [redacted] and stood outside when [redacted] entered the restaurant.
