On January 25, 2018, at approximately 11 AM, Sergeant Brian Pocalyko of the Intelligence Criminal Section allegedly threatened to arrest [redacted] and her father-in-law, [redacted] (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
