On January 28, 2018, at approximately 12:05 a.m., Police Officer Eric Liang, Police Yaowen Liu, and additional officers from the 48th Precinct responded to a call regarding an assault-in-progress at [redacted] in the Bronx. [redacted] husband [redacted], accused [redacted] of assault. [redacted] was subsequently arrested. [redacted] who suffers from multiple medical conditions, soiled herself.
