Summary

On February 8, 2018, at approximately 7:30 a.m., [redacted] was asleep in her home, located in [redacted], in Brooklyn. She was woken up by a knock at her door, and went to answer it. Outside her apartment there were four detectives from Manhattan Warrant Section: Det. Christopher Heredia, Det. Daniel Silverio, Det. Michael Fratangelo, and Det. John Ambrosino. Det. Heredia told [redacted] that they were there looking for an individual named [redacted] who they believed to be in her apartment. [redacted] denied that [redacted] was there. When [redacted] was about to close the door, Det. Silverio allegedly stepped through the doorway and held the door, keeping it open (Allegation A – Abuse of Authority: [redacted] objected, and Det.
