Description: On July 24, 2018, Plaintiff was picked up by several NYPD officers (Defendants) for a parole violation. While in Defendants' vehicle, Plaintiff asked to be brought to the parole office. Defendants choked Plaintiff and punched him all over his body, causing injuries to Plaintiff's legs and back. Plaintiff's Parole Officer, M. Prophete, said that she would provide the assaulting officers' names, but did not do so. Individuals at Bellevue Hospital falsified documents to cover up the act.
