Summary

On September 4, 2020, at 6:00 a.m., [redacted] and [redacted] were sleeping in [redacted] s room, located at [redacted] in the Bronx, when they woke up to knocking on the door. [redacted] and [redacted] went to the front door. Det. Daniel Silverio of the Warrant Squad damaged [redacted]s front door (Allegation A – Abuse of Authority: unsubstantiated). [redacted] opened the front door and Det. Silverio along with Parole Officer Allen and Det. Paul Hoppinthal, and Det. Christopher Heredia of the Warrant Squad entered the apartment (Allegations B, C and D – Abuse of Authority: exonerated). Once inside, Det.
