On February 12, 2018, at approximately 9:15 p.m., [redacted] returned to her family home at [redacted] in Staten Island, and observed an ambulance and several marked RMPs parked outside. [redacted] s father, [redacted] was hurt and in the ambulance. [redacted] ran over to Police Officer Michael Masullo and Police Officer Arlene Cook, both of the 122nd Precinct, who were standing next to the ambulance, and asked what happened to her father. PO Masullo allegedly replied, "Get the fuck away from me. I don't have to explain shit to you" (Allegations A: Discourtesy, [redacted]). [redacted] again asked PO Masullo what happened to her father, and he allegedly replied, "I don't have to explain shit to people like you" (Allegations B: Offensive Language, [redacted]).
