On February 10, 2018, at approximately 1:18 p.m., [redacted] was in her home, located at [redacted], in the Bronx. Previously, she had gotten into an argument with a neighbor of hers, [redacted] and had allegedly struck [redacted] with a metal lock attached to the end of a belt. [redacted] called 911, and SGT John Reinbold, of the 49th Precinct, responded along with other officers. SGT Reinbold went to [redacted]'s apartment and spoke to her at her doorway. After speaking with her, SGT Reinbold determined that [redacted] was emotionally disturbed and he entered [redacted]'s apartment in order to secure her and have her removed to the hospital for medical treatment for her (Allegations A, B, and C – Abuse of Authority: [redacted]).
