On January 14, 2018, at approximately 6:30 p.m., [redacted] was arrested by Det. Paul Robinson and PO Charlene Davis of the 18th Precinct. Upon arriving at the 18th Precinct stationhouse, Det. Robinson asked [redacted] "Now who the fuck was that kid you were with?" (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]). Det. Robinson searched [redacted] at the front desk and reportedly felt a bag hidden inside [redacted]'s underwear. Det. Robinson allegedly strip-searched [redacted] and recovered a bag of marijuana from his underwear (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Following this search, [redacted] asked Det.
