Summary

On March 24, 2018, at approximately 8:25 p.m., a group of juvenile males consisting of [redacted] and other unidentified individuals were stopped by PO Justin Hoff and PO Michael Soto from the 48th Precinct (Allegations A-H: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Hoff drew his gun (Allegation I: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Soto drew his gun (Allegation J: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Hoff and PO Soto each frisked [redacted] from the group (Allegations K-L: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Liang Lin from the 48th Precinct frisked [redacted] and [redacted] (Allegations M-N: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
