Description: On January 19, 2024, Plaintiff was at the corner of East Tremont Avenue and Prospect Avenue when she was stopped at a police check point. Upon Defendants, Police Officer Lori B. Loperfito and unnamed John and Jane Doe police officers, checking her identification they informed her that there was an arrest warrant out for her, took her into custody and had her arrested.
