On April 25, 2018, at approximately 9:30 a.m., [redacted]'s vehicle overheated. He pulled over in a bus stop in front [redacted] in Brooklyn. PO Rhoda Truss stopped her vehicle near [redacted]'s. She instructed [redacted] to move his car or he would receive a summons. When [redacted] refused to move his vehicle, she issued him a summons. [redacted] asked for her name and shield number, which PO Truss provided too quickly for [redacted] to comprehend. [redacted] requested a supervisor and when a supervisor arrived, [redacted] again asked for PO Truss' name and shield number.
