On May 6, 2018, at approximately 10:09 p.m. [redacted] was walking on Prospect Place between Albany and Kingston Avenues in Brooklyn. [redacted] was stopped by PO Darion Francis (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority-[redacted]), then of the 77th Precinct, who was also accompanied by PO Lisbeth Colon and Sgt. Gabriel Cuevas, also of the 77th Precinct. PO Francis frisked and allegedly searched [redacted] (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority-[redacted], Allegation C: Abuse of Authority-[redacted]). PO Francis, PO Colon, and Sgt. Cuevas allegedly refused to provide their shield numbers upon request (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority-[redacted], Allegation E: Abuse of Authority-[redacted], Allegation F Abuse of Authority-[redacted]). Before the officers left the scene, Sgt. Cuevas allegedly called [redacted] a "bitch" and a "faggot" (Allegation G: Offensive Language-[redacted], Allegation H: Offensive Language-[redacted]).
