On May 15, 2018, at approximately 4:12 p.m., [redacted] was driving in the vicinity of [redacted] in the Bronx. [redacted]'s vehicle was stopped by Police Officer Yefferson Salasmartinez and Police Officer Richard Barcia from the 46th Precinct. PO Salasmartinez used a Taser against [redacted] (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). PO Salasmartinez threatened [redacted] with the use of force (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
