Description: On May 15, 2018, plaintiff Calvin Moreland was driving in Bronx County when defendants Officer Salasmartinez and Officer Barcia, in their police car, pulled up behind him with their lights and siren on. Plaintiff stopped and waited to let the police car pass, but it did not, and continued to remain behind the plaintiff as he resumed driving slowly towards the side of the road. Plaintiff gestured to the police that it was safe for them to pass, at which point the police car pulled in front of plaintiff's vehicle and accused plaintiff of failing to yield to a police car, which plaintiff denied.
