Description: On May 15, 2018, plaintiff Calvin Moreland was driving in Bronx County when defendants Officer Salasmartinez and Officer Barcia, in their police car, pulled up behind him with their lights and siren on. Plaintiff stopped and waited to let the police car pass, but it did not, and continued to remain behind the plaintiff as he resumed driving slowly towards the side of the road.
