Summary

On August 12, 2018 at approximately 6:03pm, [redacted] went to the 46th Precinct stationhouse in the Bronx. Police Officer Yefersson Salasmartinez of the 46th Precinct followed [redacted] into the stationhouse and told her to leave. PO Salasmartinez then used force against [redacted] to move her towards the door (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]) and threatened to arrest her (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). When [redacted] asked to make a complaint against him, PO Salasmartinez refused to provide his name and shield (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) and allegedly did not allow [redacted] to file a complaint (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] called 911 and told the operator that she wanted to speak with a supervisor at the 46th Precinct stationhouse.
