On May 19, 2018, at approximately 3:00 p.m., Police Officer Cecile Porquet and Police Officer Peter Johnson, from the 34th Precinct, stopped the car occupied by [redacted] and [redacted] at Broadway and Academy Street in Manhattan for making an unsafe lane change. PO Porquet approached the passenger side of the car and opened the rear passenger door. PO Porquet allegedly stuck her head inside the car (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority- Vehicle Search, [redacted]). PO Porquet told [redacted] to pull over and then shut the door close, striking [redacted]'s right knee in the process (Allegation B: Force- Hit against inanimate object, [redacted]).
