On April 14, 2018, at approximately 12:50 a.m., [redacted] was sitting in his vehicle, which was double-parked on West 114th Street between St. Nicholas Avenue and Lenox Avenue in Manhattan. Sergeant Jose Hernandez, of the 28th Precinct, threatened to issue [redacted] a summons if he refused to move his vehicle (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt. Hernandez also threatened to have [redacted] vehicle towed (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Detective Alberto Pizarro, also of the 28th Precinct, allegedly pushed [redacted] in the back (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]). Police Officer Yeraldy Bonifacio, also of the 28th Precinct, allegedly told civilian bystander [redacted] "Mind your fucking business and go in the building" (Allegation D: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
