On the date of the incident, Mr. Jones was unlawfully pulled over by Police Officer Bonifacio while he was lawfully driving in his vehicle in obeyance of all traffic laws. During the traffic stop, Defendant Bonifacio ordered Mr. Jones to step out of the vehicle. Description: On November 30, 2020 plaintiff was lawfully present on W 144th Street. Plaintiff was suddenly accosted by members of the NYPD including defendants Bonifacio and Ortiz. Defendants handcuffed plaintiff and placed him under arrest for narcotics charges. Defendant Undercover officer 332 falsely claimed to have bought crack from the plaintiff on five separate occasions between July 2020 and October 2020. Between July 2020 and October 2020 Plaintiff did not sell crack or any other unlawful substance. Plaintiff was transported to a precinct where he was subject to an unlawful strip search. Ultimately all charges against plaintiff were dismissed.

Description: On November 27, 2019, Plaintiff Mellisa Ballance with lawfully in an apartment when Defendants Detective Ariel Eusebio, Detective Rashied McIntyre, Officer Yeraldy Bonifacio, Sergeant Frederic Ortiz, Officer Anthony Cassase, Captain Raul Maisonet, Officer John Katehis, Detective Rafael Mooscoso, Detective James Burpoe, Detective Gary Perez, Officer Justin McKnight, and Officer Carlos Ramos entered the apartment with tactical SWAT-style police equipment and shields. Plaintiff was stuck and cut with a ballistic shield, pushed onto furniture and the floor, and left in excessively tight handcuffs for an excessive period of time. As a result, Plaintiff sustained serious injury.

Description: On June 24, 2016, NYPD Sergeant Richard Pimentel and Officers Yeraldy Bonifacio, Michael Dappolonia, and John Does #1-5 forcefully entered the plaintiff's residence in upper Manhattan without a warrant or probable cause. They rear handcuffed the plaintiff, removed him from his residence when he was dressed only in underwear, and transported him to the 28th Precinct. The defendants locked the plaintiff in a cell for several hours and, thereafter, transported him to Central Booking in downtown Manhattan. The plaintiff was charged with several crimes and attended twelve court appearances before all charges were dismissed on August 10, 2017.

Description: On or about June 24, 2016, Plaintiff was arrested and charged with possession of drugs that Officers Yeraldy Bonifacio, Michael Dappolonia, Richard Pimentel and other unknown officers claimed they found that day inside an apartment, despite Plaintiff not being a resident of such apartment. Plaintiff has never been inside such apartment or the building. Plaintiff was held in jail for approximately 24 hours before she was brought before a judge. Plaintiff was held on bail until she was released on June 27, 2016. Plaintiff appeared in court approximately 6 times until the case was dismissed on February 6, 2017.
