On May 26, 2018, at approximately 2:28 p.m., in the vicinity of 2327 Mermaid Avenue in Brooklyn, Sergeant Richard Cohen of the 60th Precinct forcibly removed [redacted] to the hospital (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, exonerated). Sgt. Cohen allegedly made remarks to [redacted] based upon race (Allegation B: Offensive Language, unsubstantiated).
On June 9, 2018, at approximately 1:31 p.m., in the vicinity of 2327 Mermaid Avenue in Brooklyn, Sgt. Cohen forcibly removed [redacted] to the hospital (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, unsubstantiated). Sgt.
