On May 20, 2018, at approximately 4:40 a.m., PO Richard Quilty and PO Rosario Castellano, both of the 101st Precinct, responded to 911 call at Arverne View, an apartment complex located at 57-07 Shore Front Parkway in Queens. PO Quilty and PO Castellano allegedly grabbed [redacted] and brought him to the ground (Allegation A: Force, [redacted] Allegation B: Force, [redacted]).
