On July 14, 2018, at approximately 10:00 AM, in the vicinity of [redacted] in Queens, PO Victor Veintimilla of the 114th Precinct stopped [redacted]'s vehicle (Allegation A- Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). PO Veintimilla spoke discourteously to [redacted] (Allegation B- Discourtesy: [redacted]). PO Veintimilla hit [redacted] with his car door (Allegation C-Force: [redacted]).
