Summary

On July 10, 2018, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Det. Scot Kashinsky and Det. Christopher Burton, of the 61st Precinct Detective Squad, arrested [redacted] at [redacted] in Brooklyn. Det. Kashinsky allegedly placed [redacted] in a chokehold (Allegation A: Force, [redacted] restricted her breathing (Allegation B: Force, [redacted] and grabbed the left side of [redacted]s ribcage (Force: Allegation C, [redacted] complained to Det. Kashinsky and he allegedly replied, "Shut the fuck up" (Allegation D: Discourtesy, [redacted] and allegedly pushed [redacted] face forward against a closet (Allegation C continued). [redacted] was handcuffed and escorted out of her apartment and to an unmarked vehicle. [redacted] complained to Det. Kashinsky and Det. Kashinsky allegedly repeated, "Shut the fuck up" (Allegation D continued). Det. Kashinsky allegedly pushed [redacted] as she entered the unmarked vehicle (Allegation G: Force, [redacted] told Det. Kashinsky that he should not have pushed her and Det. Kashinsky replied, "Shut the fuck up. Shut the fuck up" (Allegation D continued). [redacted] was transported to the 61st Precinct stationhouse.
Outside of the 61st Precinct stationhouse, [redacted] asked Det. Kashinsky and Det. Burton for a female officer to escort her. Det. Kashinsky allegedly replied, "No, bitch, you are not getting what you are asking for" (Allegation F: Offensive Language, [redacted] Det. Kashinsky then allegedly grabbed [redacted] by her shoulder and the left side of her ribcage and pulled [redacted] out of the vehicle causing her to fly out, stumble, and hit her back against a fence (Allegation G: Force, [redacted] landed onto her buttocks.
