Description: On July 10, 2018, Detectives Scot Kashinsky and Christopher Burton knocked on Plaintiff's home door. Plaintiff let the Detectives inside where she spoke with them for approximately 30 minutes when Detective Kashinsky grabbed Plaintiff and placed her in a chokehold. Detective Kashinsky then grabbed Plaintiff's ribs and buttocks, and then handcuffed her. The Detectives transported Plaintiff to the precinct and upon arriving at the precinct, Detective Kashinsky physically threw the Plaintiff out of the car and onto the ground, picked her up and threw her into the trunk of another car.
