On August 7, 2018, at approximately 9:00 p.m., [redacted] approached Lieutenant Andrew Hatki, who was sitting at the front desk in the 44th Precinct Stationhouse, to follow up on a missing person's report she filed for her granddaughter on August 3, 2018. Lt. Hatki allegedly told [redacted] that her granddaughter was a "bother" and that "every week, every month, it was a lot of shit." Lt.
