At approximately 9:42 p.m. on August 07, 2018, [redacted] was in a Dunkin Donuts located at 47 East Gun Hill Road in the Bronx. [redacted] got into an altercation with an employee at the Dunkin Donuts and [redacted] called 911.
Police Officer Eric Dipaolo and Police Officer Dorli Rodriguez, both of the 52nd Precinct, arrived on scene and spoke with [redacted]
PO Dipaolo and PO Rodriguez were sitting in their car when [redacted] banged on the car. PO Dipaolo and PO Rodriguez got out, placed [redacted] in handcuffs, and called for an ambulance.
