Description: On November 22, 2018, plaintiff was inside her apartment hosting a family gathering for Thanksgiving. Plaintiff's disgruntled ex-boyfriend had called the police and falsely claimed that plaintiff was overdosing on drugs that day. Four NYPD officers—Ofc. Eric Dipaolo, Ofc. Joseph Manni, Ofc.
