On August 9, 2018, at approximately 1:53AM, Police Officers Desean Mullings and Marika Williams, from the 70th Precinct, responded to a noise complaint at [redacted]'s apartment, located at [redacted] in Brooklyn. PO Mullings allegedly threatened to confiscate [redacted]'s television (Allegation A-Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). PO Mullings allegedly entered [redacted]'s apartment and seized her radio (Allegations B and C: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]).
