On August 10, 2018, at approximately 7:15 p.m., in the vicinity of East 161st Street and River Avenue in the Bronx, Police Officer Edward McClain of the Patrol Borough Bronx allegedly spoke discourteously towards [redacted] (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]), and allegedly threatened to issue him a summons (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Lieutenant Paul Gaglio of Patrol Borough Bronx allegedly used a chokehold against [redacted] (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]). At the Yankee stadium police detail stationhouse, PO McClain allegedly used physical force against [redacted] and spoke discourteously towards him (Allegation D: Force, [redacted]; Allegation E: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
