Description: On April 19, 2019, plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of East 161st street and River Avenue, Bronx, when defendant police officers, without probable cause and provocation, stopped, questioned, searched, and handcuffed for no legitimate reason other than his race and age. The defendants arrested plaintiff, and while in custody, plaintiff was assaulted and battered, strip-searched, and humiliated, causing serious physical injury and emotional distress.
