On July 29, 2018, at approximately 2:40 p.m., [redacted] was arrested for ticket speculation outside of Yankee Stadium in the Bronx. [redacted] was escorted into the Yankee Stadium NYPD substation. While inside the substation, [redacted] refused to relinquish the proceeds of his ticket speculation to PO Robert Miceli of the Yankee Stadium Detail of Patrol Borough Bronx. An unidentified officer attempted to place [redacted] in a chokehold (Allegation A: Force - [redacted]). PO Miceli, PO Harry Pell and PO Lanser Montilla, pulled [redacted] onto the ground (Allegations B, C, and D: Force - [redacted]).
