At approximately 1:07 a.m. on August 31, 2018, [redacted] was approached at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Glenmore Avenue in Brooklyn by Police Officer Joseph Reyes and Police Officer Bryan Scheblein of the 75th Precinct.
