Summary

On July 26, 2018, at approximately 11:00 p.m., [redacted] together with her two sons [redacted] and [redacted] daughters [redacted] and [redacted] and her [redacted] old sons, niece and nephew [redacted] and [redacted] s boyfriend [redacted] and other individuals, were at the 83rd Precinct stationhouse giving statements to the Detective Squad regarding a murder they had witnessed earlier in the day. They were being released one by one. When [redacted] (hereinafter [redacted]) and [redacted] left the stationhouse, they could not find their bicycles, which they allegedly had left in the lobby of the stationhouse. They went to the rear parking lot to look for them. There, PO Nicholas Ramirez of the same precinct allegedly pushed [redacted] with his chest telling him, "Get the fuck out of here bitch," (Allegation A: Force, [redacted] Allegation B: Discourtesy, [redacted]). PO Ramirez also threatened to arrest both [redacted] and [redacted] (Allegations C and D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
