Summary

On August 19, 2018, at approximately 3:28 a.m., PO Tejinder Singh and PO Michal Jalbrzykowski of the 90th Precinct, responded to a report of two males fighting at 486 Metropolitan Avenue, in Brooklyn. At the location, PO Jalbrzykowski used profanities while speaking in the presence of [redacted] (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]). PO Jalbrzykowski subsequently spoke with [redacted] and used profanities while speaking with him (Allegation B: Discourtesy, [redacted]). [redacted] and [redacted] were placed in handcuffs. As PO Singh instructed [redacted] to get in the police vehicle, PO Singh told [redacted] to stop "acting like a little girl" (Allegation C: Offensive Language, [redacted]). [redacted] and [redacted] were arrested and transported to the 90th Precinct stationhouse (Board Review 12 and 13).
