Description: On August 13, 2019, at approximately 1:00 p.m., in the vicinity of the 90th NYPD located at 211 Union Avenue in Kings County, Plaintiff Kalin Rodrigues was illegally targeted because of his race for adverse police action. Plaintiff was making a police report when Defendant Kitwane Lewis tore up Plaintiff's paperwork, and with Defendant Tejinder Singh's help, forcefully ejected Plaintiff from the 90th Precinct. Defendants then violently contorted Plaintiff's hands behind his back to handcuff him tightly, conducted an illegal search on him, then fabricated allegations against Plaintiff.
