On September 25, 2018, at 7:59 a.m., [redacted] entered the Dunkin Donuts at 331 East 138th Street in the Bronx and spoke briefly to Police Officer Russell Lewis of the 40th Precinct. PO Lewis walked towards [redacted] to remove him from the premises. PO Lewis used physical force against [redacted] (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). Both men went to the ground, and, in the process, the glass door of the restaurant was broken. PO Lewis arrested [redacted] for resisting arrest and criminal mischief (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). As [redacted] was being brought to Bronx Central Booking, PO Lewis punched [redacted] in the spine and face (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]).
