Description: On November 27, 2012, NYPD Officers Russell Lewis, Clement Krug, Stephen Carey, Donald Sehl, and David Camhi unlawfully stopped and searched Plaintiff. The officers falsely claimed that Plaintiff had been identified as a subject in an act of vandalism and unlawfully arrested Plaintiff. The officers took Plaintiff's phone and charger and accused Plaintiff of having stolen them.
