Summary

On October 9, 2018, at approximately 10:42 a.m., [redacted] went to the 60th Precinct stationhouse to amend her lost/stolen property report that was prior issued by NYPD. Lieutenant Christophe Zaleski from the 60th Precinct refused to amend [redacted]'s report and allegedly told her, "You know what, get the fuck out of my precinct," (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]). Then two unknown police officers asked Lt. Zaleski if they should arrest [redacted] and he allegedly responded, "No. Let her go. She is a cuckoo.
