On October 26, 2018, at approximately 10:30 p.m., [redacted] was inside of Hector's Diner located at Washington Street and Little West 12th Street in Manhattan, when he was approached by PO Kelvin Ozuna and PO Gustavo Montesdeoca of the 6th Precinct. During a conversation with [redacted] PO Ozuna allegedly stated, "We're not going to play these fucking games all night, get the fuck off my block" and "I don't give a fuck if you record me" (Allegation A: Discourtesy, Unfounded).
On October 31, 2018, between 9:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., at Washington Street and 13th Street in Manhattan, [redacted] was approached by PO Ozuna and PO Frank Delvecchio in a marked police vehicle. PO Ozuna then allegedly stated, "Get the fuck off the block" (Allegation B: Discourtesy: Unsubstantiated).
