On November 15, 2018 at approximately 6:05PM, Police Officers Elvis Cruz and Nichol Camilo arrived to the 44th Precinct stationhouse in the Bronx with [redacted] who they had arrested for violating an order of protection. Sgt. Chacko spoke discourteously to [redacted] (Allegation A Discourtesy: [redacted]). Sgt. Chacko, PO Cruz, Police Officers Mark Buono and Angel Henriquez, also of the 44th Precinct, pushed [redacted] to the ground (Allegations B, C, D, E - Force: [redacted]). PO Henriquez and Police Officer Eric Droz hit [redacted] against a door (Allegations F and G – Force: [redacted]). PO Droz hit [redacted] against the bench in the holding cell and stepped on his ankle (Allegation H-Force: [redacted] Allegation I Force: [redacted]). Sgt. Chacko called [redacted] a "faggot" and punched him in the face (Allegation J-Offensive Language: [redacted], Allegation K- Force: [redacted]). Police Officer Crystal Williams, of the 44th Precinct, told [redacted] to "stop acting like a fucking idiot" (Allegation L-Discourtesy: [redacted]). Sgt.
