Summary

On November 25, 2018, at approximately 8:48 p.m., PO Craig Macy and PO Brian Costello, both of the 75th Precinct, and Det. Raymond Ragione and PO Adam Geslak, both of ESU, responded to [redacted] in Brooklyn because they received a 911 call from [redacted] school counselor, [redacted] who was concerned that [redacted] was suicidal. After PO Costello spoke on the phone with [redacted] s father, [redacted] PO Macy, PO Costello, Det. Ragione, and PO Geslak entered (Allegations A, B, C, and D: Abuse of Authority – Entry, [redacted]), and Det Ragione and PO Geslak searched (Allegations E and F: Abuse of Authority – Search of Premises, [redacted].
