Description: On December 10, 2014, Antoine Jeffrey ("plaintiff"), was unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, and searched by police officers while lawfully inside the Subway Station. Officer Christopher Ballaera ("Defendant") pushed Jeffrey down the escalator without provocation, resulting in severe injuries. Once pushed, the officers grabbed the plaintiff and slammed him back onto the ground prior to being unlawfully arrested and handcuffed by the defendant without legal justification or probable cause The plaintiff was transported, against his will, to the Transit 33 Precinct, where officers fabricated charges despite the lack of any reasonable suspicion or legal justification for their actions.
