On August 8, 2018, at approximately 1:27 a.m., Police Officers Christian Cayenne, Matthew Sabella, and Alfred Foy along with Sergeant Brian Alexander of Patrol Borough Brooklyn South Specialized Unit stopped the vehicle [redacted] and [redacted] were occupants of in the vicinity of Lenox Road and New York Avenue in Brooklyn (Allegations A-D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
