On November 30, 2018, at approximately 9:30 p.m., [redacted] was home alone inside of her apartment in [redacted] in Manhattan when Sergeant Ricardo Montilla, Police Officer Matthew Ferguson, Police Officer Monica Gorman, and Police Officer Ivan Vale (along with other officers from PSA 4) arrived at her door. Sgt. Montilla threatened to knock [redacted] door down if she did not allow him to enter the apartment (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, unsubstantiated). Sgt.
